Crossroads Fellowship to begin Wednesday night classes
Crossroads Fellowship of Raleigh is set to launch its new Wednesday night classes. Classes are scheduled for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Wednesday starting Sept. 8 at the Millbrook Campus, located at 2721 E. Millbrook Road. There are many classes to choose from, including topics such as marriage, family and parenting, as well as programs for youth and teens. For more information, or to register, visit crossroads.org.
Hayes Barton Baptist Church to hold Kidz Stuff consignment sale
Hayes Barton Baptist Church in Five Points is hosting its "Kidz Stuff" fall/winter consignment sale scheduled for 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 23, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 24, and 8 a.m. to noon Sept. 25. Consignor registration is open at hbbc.net. Clothing must be in fall/winter season, stain-free and on hangers. Donated items are welcome, and tax receipts will be provided. The sale will be held in the church's Family Life Center on Whitaker Mill Road. Proceeds will benefit children's ministry programs. A special preview sale is scheduled for Sept. 23 before public sale hours for volunteers, consignors and donors who meet minimum requirements.
